Prior to her current role, Sidhu was a management consultant at Booz & Co. in their financial services practice. While at the company, she introduced several growth projects, including partnering with a New York City-based start-up to improve the banking experience through innovative technology.
Previously, she was an investment analyst at Neuberger Berman in their hedge fund of funds group. Sidhu holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from Harvard College.
Personally, Sidhu is involved with several social impact projects that include establishing computer centers in India to educate rural women, and organizing and sponsoring medical camps in underprivileged areas in Punjab. Lonnie’s career has taken him all over the country, but when he came to New Mexico, Lonnie knew he wanted to make the Land of Enchantment his permanent home. Lonnie is married to Robin Brule and together they have three children: Michael Brule, Emma Talbert, and Annagrace Talbert.
As an Operations Executive with 28 years of experience in senior executive positions including President, COO, EVP and Senior VP in the financial services industry. Currently, Lonnie holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Southwest Capital Bank, responsible for all day to day operations of the $350 million dollar commercial bank. Lonnie’s proven ability to manage over 1,200 employees, lead a diverse team of leaders at all levels of an organization, oversee multiple remote facilities and teams, administer budgets in excess of $100M, and spearhead process and continuous improvement projects yielding cost savings of over $7M. Skilled in maintaining full P&L responsibility, overseeing lean and six sigma projects, establishing total quality management systems, conducting meeting cost and schedule goals for projects as large as $23M. Demonstrated abilities in leading and guiding various business units of both Fortune 500 companies and privately held smaller organizations; working cross functionally, leading technology projects, mentoring and training team members, and leading large operations units delivering high-quality customer care with quick to market product introduction and appropriate cost control.
Lonnie is deeply committed to supporting community and philanthropic groups and has served many non-profit organizations in a leadership role. Lonnie’s past community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the March of Dimes, and Chair of the United Way of Central New Mexico’s 2009 campaign. Lonnie has also served on the board of several organizations including Junior Achievement, Amy Biehl High School, and the Association of Commerce and Industry. Jason has been with the firm since 2015 and is the Head of Digital Platforms for Chase Consumer & Community Banking. He has product responsibility for chase.com, the Chase Mobile app, Content Production, Accessibility, Aggregators, and product development for personalization.
Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., Jason was the Vice President of Product Development at American Express, focusing on the products built on the Serve Platform as part of the Enterprise Growth Division. He also drove a transformation to Agile product development to produce significant gains in throughput and efficiency.
Jason's other experience includes Nokia, IDEO, Virgin Mobile USA, and Sapient. He lives in Harlem, is a lapsed swimmer and has an aversion to hugs.

Seth is a Director in Citigroup’s Institutional Clients Group and the Product Management Head for Citi’s North America Commercial Cards Business. In this role, Seth manages a multi-product portfolio supporting Corporate Card programs for Fortune 1000 Corporations, Public Sector entities and the U.S. Federal Government. He leads a team of product managers with responsibility for end-to-end product management, P&L and strategy for product lines including: Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Cards, Executive Cards, Purchasing Cards, Virtual Cards and Fleet Card programs.
Prior to joining Commercial Cards, Seth served in product management, strategy and M&A roles supporting Citi Electronic Payments, Citi Consumer Cards and Citi Global Wealth Management. Prior to joining Citigroup, Seth was a technology consultant at Sapient Corporation responsible with designing, developing and implementing internet applications for financial service clients. Seth received his MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School and a BS in Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Peter Poon is the Head of Digital Innovation and Channel Strategy at BMO Financial Group, where he is responsible for driving the bank’s innovation agenda through R&D, partnerships and ecosystem engagement, in addition to defining the bank’s channel roadmap and spearheading a multi-year digital transformation.
Peter led Customer Experience Design and Mobile Banking Channel groups previously at BMO, where he delivered a number of industry firsts including Canada’s first full fingerprint authentication for mobile banking, real-time appointment booking and rollout of Apple Pay. Prior to joining BMO, Peter led an early-stage fintech to a successful exit and also held progressively senior roles at TD Financial Group and JP Morgan Chase.
Outside of the office, Peter advises a number of fintech startups across North America and supports digital entrepreneurship in the community through engagements with Ryerson University, BrainStation and other ecosystem partners.

Catherine Zhou is EVP and head of Consumer Bank at East West Bank. She is responsible for all aspect of the growth, execution and operations of the retail business. Her current focus is to build leading digital capabilities to help accelerate the growth of the bank, engage existing customers more efficiently and effectively. Before joining East West Bank, Catherine was a senior partner at PwC and served as the Digital Services Leader with PwC’s Financial Services practice. She is deeply connected to the financial centers in New York, Asia and Europe while resides in Silicon Valley, San Francisco the Bay area where her root has been, working with start ups and technology giants in developing digital first businesses. Catherine is a active speaker at industry conferences, she was the keynote speaker for Women in Payments 2016, she chaired the Netfinance conference 2015 on Mobility and Innovation, she was the key note speaker for American Banking Association Marketing Conference 2014 and chaired the Internet Marketing Association Conference in 2012. Mr. Kohari is responsible for the enhancements to State Street’s digital enterprise architecture, and the creation of the next generation digital enterprise that delivers on-demand secure computing capabilities, driven through machine learning paradigms and all pertinent fin-tech disruptive technologies. The Office of Architecture’s charter is to work closely with all business units and end user clients to provide for the most impactful information technology innovations.
Until recently Mr. Kohari served as EVP/Head of Global Technology Innovation for the London Stock Exchange Group - Responsible for Blockchain, Cognitive Computing and Low-Latency initiatives across all Group companies. Driving advance research for the entire trading life cycle, starting from pre-trade/trade components to post-trade technologies related to clearing and settlement.
Previous to joining LSEG, Mr. Kohari served as CTO, Novell Inc. - Responsible for the Service Provider focused Cloud Computing initiatives at Novell. Responsible for security, management and operating system products to deliver highly integrated cloud focused offerings. Mr. Kohari’s responsibilities included providing software and services to the Financial Services vertical with specialization in low latency initiatives. Mr. Kohari was also the founder/CEO of Mission Critical Linux, a company dedicated to introducing enterprise software capabilities into the Linux operating system.

Zahir Khoja is Senior Vice President, Global Acceptance Product Development and Innovation at Mastercard. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and executing solutions that will enable new growth opportunities for stakeholders such as acquirers, merchants (traditional and e-comm), consumers, government and other eco system partners through the use of innovative payment solutions and enhanced consumer experiences.
Mr. Khoja joined Mastercard in 2012 as the chief executive officer for Mobile Payment Solutions (MPS), a joint venture between Mastercard and SMART Hub Inc. where he was responsible for deploying mobile solutions in Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia and Turkey.
Prior to that Mr. Khoja was Executive Director for Mobile Commerce at Roshan, Afghanistan’s leading total communications provider and President for M-Paisa, Afghanistan’s first commercially-licensed mobile money service, which he project managed in its entirety. He was also instrumental in setting up the Afghanistan Mobile Money Operators Association (AMMOA) with support from USAID and the Central Bank of Afghanistan.
Mr. Khoja has held several additional senior-level positions at Virgin Mobile, TELUS and Pepsi Cola in Canada.
He currently serves as a board advisor for Kudos, an online social recognition platform and as a member of the Grameen Foundation Technology Center Advisory Board.

Nancy M. Dixon is Senior Vice President, Digital Innovations Officer at First Federal Lakewood, the largest depositor-owned community bank headquartered in Ohio with assets of $1.6 billion.
In this role, Nancy leads the bank’s digital delivery strategy, overseeing and managing all electronic banking products and services. Her responsibilities include identifying emerging technologies that can enhance the digital delivery of First Federal Lakewood solutions and evaluating ways to better connect and serve customers. Nancy leads projects related to online and mobile banking, mobile payments, telephone banking, and debit/ATM cards.
Nancy joined First Federal Lakewood in 2010 after 20 years at Fairfield County Bank in Ridgefield, Connecticut, where she held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she was Vice President of Electronic Banking and Call Center Operations at Fairfield County Bank. She has also held positions in retail banking, training and marketing. In addition, Nancy was an instructor for the American Bankers Association, teaching several courses for bank employees in Connecticut. She also worked for American Express in New York City for 10 years.

John Kelly has over twenty years’ experience in the Payment Card industry spanning the US, UK and Ireland. He began his financial services career in 1997 in Wilmington, DE at MBNA America. He progressed into a series of management positions in Customer Service and Card Fraud Prevention before being asked to relocate to Chester, England to join the MBNA Europe Product Development team. In 2006 following the Bank of America purchase of MBNA, John returned to the US as Vice President and Senior Marketing Manager driving existing credit card engagement strategies. It wasn’t long after returning he was asked to return abroad to Dublin, Ireland as strategic Project Champion charged with establishing a new bank charter for European expansion opportunities. In 2008 he returned to US as Senior Vice President and part of the team transforming the US Card marketing segmentation strategy. That role ultimately led to being Senior Vice President responsible for Credit Card Product New Account Acquisition in both call centers and banking centers. In that role those channels became the two largest credit card growth channels delivering roughly 50% of all new accounts.
John transitioned to his current role at PenFed as Senior Vice President and Head of Payment Products & Services in May 2015 where he has overall responsibility for Credit Cards, Debit Cards, EFT, ATM and Payment Fraud Management. Since joining John has brought a thirst for innovation, data-driven growth strategies and a relentless focus on his passion since the early days of MBNA, the member experience.
John attended East Carolina University where he earned a degree in English. He grew up in in multiple east coast locations, but calls the Outer Banks of NC home. He and his wife are the proud parents of two young daughters where they are passionately involved in their lives in Northern VA.

Doug Nielson is Senior Vice President, Innovation Research and Development at U.S. Bank. Doug leads the Research & Development team which focuses on identifying and exploring new concepts, technologies and business models to generate new revenue streams and enable business line growth across the bank. His team also manages U.S. Bank’s engagement with the Fintech startup ecosystem and has been leading U.S. Bank’s participation in the open API economy.

In this role, Kevin Boyd is responsible for creating digital strategies, initiative roadmaps, tactical execution plans, performance metrics and overall direction of the Global Digital Banking Sales and Service Team. He is accountable for Digital Channel adoption, usage, sales, revenue generation, innovation, marketing, operational efficiencies and performance management in Latin America and the Caribbean markets.
He leads critical strategic International Banking initiatives by partnering with technology, regions, countries and other business lines, to create, design and implement tactics that meet Scotiabank’s strategic objectives and transformational goals. Kevin is also responsible for pursuing Omni-channel strategies to increase cross-channel sales and service penetration, achieve operational efficiencies and effectiveness, manage risk and leading the delivery of an integrated Omni-channel digital sales and service experience. He is a subject-matter-expert in digital sales, digital marketing, transformations, operations and performance management and has a strong understanding of emerging digital trends across global markets. Kevin is part of an executive team that has achieved three 2017 Global Finance Awards (Best Digital Bank in 23 Latin American Countries, Best Mobile App in Latin America, and Best Overall Consumer Digital Bank in Latin America) and Retail Banker International, Best Digital Strategy Award in 2016.
Before joining Scotiabank in 2015, Kevin was instrumental in driving Digital Banking, Public Website, and Omni-channel Strategies and Innovation at TD Bank and RBC Royal Bank. He worked on numerous large initiatives, in North America, to design the customer experience and deliver cross-channel capabilities. These projects focused on building primary relationships and creating customer-centric sales, payments, money management, e-documents and transaction capabilities to drive revenue, market share and operational efficiencies through Digital Channels.

Eric’s creative career was sparked by an unusual gift: a tidy bundle of oil pastels, a jar of India ink with horse hair brush, and a roll of rice paper.
