Dan serves as the Chief Digital
Officer and Managing Director of BankMobile, America's first completely
fee-free, mobile-only chartered bank launched in January 2015. Responsibilities include leading teams in
product and feature development, mobile app requirements and design, CIP and
new account origination, security, distribution and instant account-opening,
customer acquisition and provisioning.
BankMobile is a division of Customers Bancorp (NYSE: CUBI).
With mobile banking and financial
services, telecommunications and technology projects in 40+ countries, Dan brings
distinctive expertise in developing new products, technologies and distribution
strategies that accurately match technology with consumers’ needs. For the past
20 years, Dan has worked in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America start-ups,
mobile banking/payments, instant-account opening and correspondent banking,
telecommunications, NFC, cards, alliances, regulatory, feasibility and automation
programs.
From 2009-2014, Dan worked on
launching successful mobile banking and payments products for Dutch bank
Rabobank, as well as large banks in countries like Brazil, Rwanda, Paraguay,
China, India, Tanzania, Mozambique, Poland, Botswana, Zambia and Cameroon. He has worked on contactless payments including
establishment of a 3-bank/3-mobile operator venture in The Netherlands from
2009 to 2011 and served for three years on the Board of Directors of mBank
Philippines, a mobile-only, nation-wide commercial bank.
One of the founders of pioneering Dutch GSM Service
Provider Rabo Mobiel in the Netherlands from 2005-2009, Dan served as CTO responsible
for telecommunications and mobile financial services technology. Prior to 2005, Dan worked for companies like British
Telecom, One GmbH, MobilTel Bulgaria, MCI, Sony, Netscape, Virgin Mobile, Veronica
Mobile, and Proxicom.
For the past 18 years, Lisa has served the financial
industry in a variety of leadership roles that include: Co-founder of a
successful design and development firm for financial institutions, Vice President
of a banking compliance company, and strategic consulting for financial
institutions as FTSI’s Vice President of Emerging Markets. Lisa has worked with
hundreds of bank and credit union leadership teams to understand and develop
their vision, strategy, culture and critical technology. She has been described
as innovative, a visionary for change, relatable, and an asset to industry
thought leaders. Throughout her career, she has been recognized nationally for
her professional excellence and offers compelling insight in her speaking
engagements. In 2017, Lisa joined the executive team at Texas Tech Federal
Credit Union as the Chief eXperience Officer where she continues the mission to
grow the business model of the credit union, branch evolution and TTCU member
experience.
As the Chief Experience Officer
of Vibrant Credit Union, Steve Ducey strives to create a world class culture
that generates high performance results. He successfully led the rebrand of
DHCU to Vibrant Credit Union in 2015 and hasn't taken a break since. He lives
and breathes culture and brand awareness. Steve believes that banking doesn’t
have to be boring and is dedicated to creating a culture and banking experience
that proves it. This type of culture and atmosphere has led Vibrant to receive

Joel is Vice President, Chief
Marketing Officer at The Bank of Tampa. In his role, he leads the team that
provides strategic and operational marketing, communications and experience
support that enables the exceptional delivery of the Bank’s products and services.
Prior to that, he worked for various financial services organizations,
including CSCU, Bank of America and Chase. Joel has his Bachelor of Science in
Marketing from the University of South Florida and his Master of Business
Administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, he is on the Board
of Trustees of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – Suncoast Chapter and on
the Marketing Committee of the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
Ruby Walia is an entrepreneurial C-Suite technology executive with proven track record in mobile, digital and product development. Ruby has helped large enterprises in mature industries transform themselves to thrive in an era of rapid technological change. He is a seasoned general manager with the operating experience, management skills, and vision to create strategy, attract talent and execute, transforming business models across industries, products and geographies. He is adept in the application of contemporary technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, IoT, and Blockchain.
As Chief Information Officer, Aaron is
responsible for developing and delivering on the Credit Union’s overall
technology strategy. Aaron leads the application architecture, development and
support teams along with the data center, network operations and help desk
functions. Aaron is focused on operational excellence, developing and
supporting technology that securely meets our Member’s immediate and future
financial needs with a seamless technology enabled experience.
David Berglund joined U.S. Bank in 2017 and he serves as SVP, Artificial Intelligence (AI) leader. Mr. Berglund oversees the development of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning practice within the U.S. Bank innovation group including oversight of strategic product development, product innovation, risk mitigation, strategy and transformation efforts.
Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Berglund spent more than seven years at
Optum (a division of United Health Group, UHG). Most recently, he led AI within
Optum's Advanced Technology Center, which included developing the enterprise AI
strategy, building the R&D team’s emerging technology platform, and
establishing a strategy for the company's innovation Intellectual Property.
David held multiple prior roles at UHG including Entrepreneur in Residence,
Managing Director of Portfolio Management, and Digital Product Developer.
Berglund has lectured at the Wharton School and studied at Stanford University,
the University of St. Thomas (MBA), Loyola University in Chicago (BS).
Berglund, who co-founded Hoodstarter, an AI-powered web platform focused on
economic development, resides in the Twin Cities, where he is highly engaged
with his family and the local startup ecosystem.
Rountree is a Digital Strategist who works with financial institutions to drive digital transformation against a strategic plan. Rountree joined Union in February 2018 to help concentrate strategic digital efforts and position the company for a digital future. Rountree has experience in various leadership positions where she partners across technology, operations, marketing, and business segment leaders to transform the digital customer experience.
Prior
to Union, Rountree worked at Wells Fargo as Vice President of Credit Card
Emerging Payments. Previously, she held various leadership positions
focusing on digital strategies for personal lending and online banking.
Rountree worked at SingleStone on the integration of HSBC and Capital
One. She began her career at Capital One working in email marketing and
communications in Richmond, VA and with auto finance in San Diego, CA. Rountree received her Bachelor of Science in
Mathematics from Duke University.
Tracy is an energetic, collaborative and highly motivated Product Management professional with 15+ years of experience creating the strategy, road map and managing the production of digital solutions that solve client and business issues.
Tamra O’Donnell is Senior Vice President,
Director Corporate Marketing for Canandaigua National Bank & Trust. In this role, she is responsible for
Traditional Marketing, Web and Digital Marketing, and Market Research for the
Bank and the subsidiaries of the Corporation.
Tamra is graduate of St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, she
earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics and Communication and a Master of
Business Administration. She joined CNB
in 1989 and has held roles in Market Research, Product Development/Management,
and Market Research. She has managed the
Marketing activities since 2005.
Michele
Fernandez-Daniel is a banking professional with over 15 years of banking experience
in regulatory compliance (consumer compliance, AML/BSA, CTF and OFAC).
She has held several leadership positions in various international banks.
She currently serves as Head of Compliance for Banco de Credito e Inversiones
(Bci) Miami Branch, responsible for the development, implementation and
monitoring of the AML/CTF/OFAC and consumer compliance programs for the branch
and Regional Compliance Officer overseeing the BSA/AML programs for Bci’s US
operations. Prior to joining Bci, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer
responsible for developing and overseeing the corporate compliance policy and
compliance risk management program for a Panamanian Bank with a US presence.
Ms. Fernandez-Daniel
holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Administration from Nova
University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Florida
International University. She is a
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), and an Anti-Money Laundering
Certified Associate (AMLCA).
Todd Keith is an innovative
leader, strategist and author who guides the Regions UX Design & Innovation
team to create useable and delightful digital experiences, balancing
storytelling with user experience and audience needs with business goals. He
holds a Master’s degree in literature. His background in the publishing
industry includes writing, designing, launching, and optimizing websites for
numerous nationally-recognized organizations and publications, and authoring
multiple books related to his native state and a city guidebook. His
background, coupled with his pursuit of brand coherence and identity, balances
marketing initiatives and the development of quality content in well-designed
user experiences.
Elizabeth
Kelly serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for United Income, which
uses technology to provide holistic financial planning and money management
services for people nearing or entering retirement.
Prior
to joining United Income, Elizabeth served as Special Assistant to the
President at the White House National Economic Council. In that capacity, she
led White House engagement with federal agencies and external partners to
develop and execute the President’s retirement security, financial inclusion,
unemployment insurance, and sustainable capitalism agendas. She also helped
launch myRA (a no-fee starter savings product from the Treasury Department) and
coordinated the development, rollout, and defense of major rules and guidance,
including the fiduciary (“conflict of interest”) rule, Military Lending Act
rules closing prior loopholes to cap loans to service members at 36% APR, and
rules enabling states to create their own retirement savings plans. For her
work, Elizabeth was chosen as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 in Law & Policy.
Earlier
in her career, Elizabeth worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development and as a law clerk to Judge Stephen A. Higginson on the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
A
native of New Orleans, Elizabeth holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an MSc in Comparative
Social Policy from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. from Duke University.
Angela Baker is Senior Vice Present, Business Deposit, Lending
& Payment Solutions Group Product Manager at Suntrust Bank. Angela is
responsible for product innovation, product development, and P&L management
focused on business clients within the retail and business banking metro
markets. Her team is currently focused
on building out additional lending products to meet the needs of current
Suntrust Bank clients and maintaining deposits in a rising rate environment.
Prior to joining Suntrust Bank, Angela ran portfolio
management for consumer and business credit card at KeyBank located in
Cleveland, Ohio. With over 12 years of
payments experience, Angela has held various positions at PNC Bank and National
City Bank. Angela has a B.S. in finance
and M.B.A. from University of Missouri.
She is a graduate from the CBA-BAI Graduate School of Retail Bank
Management at Furman University. Angela
resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two young daughters.
Brianna is a dynamic and accomplished product management professional with proven success driving world class digital and omni-channel customer service experiences for large-scale consumer businesses. She's a visionary and strategic thought leader who drives innovation, business growth, and customer engagement by building and developing high performing teams and focusing on the customer. Brianna is a skilled communicator experienced in managing change and establishing strategic partnerships with internal and external customers. Scott Jones is responsible for developing, communicating and
executing PNC’s strategy around Real Time Payments (RTP®), the first new U.S.
payments system in 40 years.
Before joining PNC, Jones worked for another major bank
where he was responsible for faster payment systems including RTP and the Zelle
Network®, a secure, bank-owned
digital payments network. He
has also worked with the payments line of business to identify and mitigate
risks.
Jones has held a number of operating executive roles
including General Manager and Director of Operations for Supply Dynamics, a
leader in supply chain visibility applications where he led product development
teams for global Fortune 1000 clients in the aerospace, power generation, and
heavy equipment industries.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management and
entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati, and a master’s degree in
business administration from Xavier University, Cincinnati. He is a certified
Project Management Professional.
Michael has lead teams and organizations in defining and creating the future. He has been instrumental in transforming a hitech industry giant’s approach to engineering software across the lifecycle, guided co-development of an industry-disrupting business model enabling a telecom leader's entry into a new multi $B market, and forged strategic partnerships to realize 100% growth in innovation lab portfolio while securing multi-$M investments.
Currently serving as senior business line representative interfacing daily with leaders, staff andpartners of Home Lending to identify, analyze, and implement solutions that optimize sales andoperations in alignment with Home Lending strategy. Tasked with identifying leading-edgetechnologies and practices to improve the overall competitiveness, viability and sustainability ofHome Lending in conjunction with senior leadership team.
Purvi Shah is Vice President, Customer 360 within the Enterprise Digital and Analytics group at American Express. She is responsible for creating a global, enterprise-wide view of all of American Express’ customers – both individuals and business so that we may provide them with the best customer experience every day.
Purvi joined American Express in 2010 and has had multiple Product Ownership roles across Technologies, Merchant and Small Business teams where she demonstrates a focus on efficient project execution, manages costs while mitigating risk, and helps the team deliver an exceptional customer experience. She has a penchant for identifying customer needs and developing a cohesive strategy to meet them, which has resulted in her earning a U.S. Patent for her work.
Prior to American Express, Purvi was a Manager within the Technology practice at Deloitte Consulting. She led the implementation of numerous large-scale custom applications for various clients. In addition to project management and client service activities, she was instrumental in leading and contributing to a number of key strategic business development activities at Deloitte.
Purvi holds an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
In her free time, Purvi enjoys to play with her
3.5 year old twins and cooking. She also loves venturing across the globe
and has traveled to over 20 countries.
Ram Ridgeway is the Vice
President of Digital Experience at Advia Credit Union. His team manages Digital
Channels (Digital & Mobile Banking, Online Account Opening, Online Lending,
and Phone Banking), Card Services, and the Member Contact Center.
Ram joined Advia (Kalamazoo,
MI - $1.7B in assets) in March of 2018 and has over 11 years of experience in
the credit union industry. In his 11 years of service, he has held various
leadership roles in operations, digital delivery, retail support, payments,
project management, and lending. His experience also includes leading an innovation
team, establishing an outbound sales department, being the first to market with
wearable banking in the US, and offering one of the top 10 mobile banking apps
in the US for three consecutive years.
Ram believes in design
thinking and rapid experimentation to test new technology. His team approaches
new opportunities through the lenses of mobile first, branch optional, and
creating a frictionless experience.
Davey Quinn is the Senior Vice President of Investments at
United Income, and was previously a portfolio manager for Dimensional Fund
Advisors. He has a MBA in Analytical Finance from The University of Chicago
Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie
Mellon University.
Milos has over 25 years of experience in senior technology roles having developed and launched innovative, commercially successful and award winning digital payments solutions based on mobile and chip card technologies. Winner of the TD Bank Group’s “2017 Inventor Of The Year” Award, he leads TD Payments Innovation CoE.
Milos holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with major in Computer Science from the University of Belgrade. Opinions are his own, not of his employers.
With nearly 20 years experience in UX/UI, Digital Marketing and CRO, and more than 40 awards in the last 5 years, Sean has had the pleasure of applying his craft for clients including ATT, Synovus Bank, Wake Forest Innovations, UPS as well as 100s of SMBs throughout Atlanta.
Having recently relocated from Atlanta, Sean is thrilled to apply his talents to the needs of Redstone Federal Credit Union and it's members. Within the first year Sean drove a 544% increase in mortgage leads and a 55% increase in credit card conversions.
Based in Chicago, John Piazza leads the digital innovation
practice at MB Financial Bank, a regional bank with $20 billion in
assets. With an eye on leveraging new technologies, he focuses on new
product development, digital strategy, and strategic investments. He
partners closely with groups across MB, from consumer banking to treasury
management, as they look to advance their digital capabilities and plays an
active role in building MB’s place in the fintech ecosystem. Prior to his
current role, he led digital customer acquisition and analytics and worked on
corporate projects, including strategic planning and corporate
development. He also serves as a member of the Federal Reserve's Secure
Payment Task Force and the Federal Reserve’s Directories Working Group where he
helped develop a framework for an interoperable directory model for real-time
payments in the US.
Scott has broad experience in all aspects of Digital Channel Management - Leading the Digital Sales and Service Distribution efforts at People's United Bank. He leads the development of the bank's Digital Strategy and wins budgets and prioritization for theirroadmap.
He has direct experience managing critical online distribution channels while focusing on the development of staff, establishing strategic direction and enterprise level program management.
Over the last 20 years, Scott has held leadership roles in multiple operating environments including, build your own, buy and integrate and ASP hosted solutions. His areas of focus include Online Banking, Mobile Banking, eCash Management, Enterprise Content Management and Digital Marketing.
Kader is a dynamic IT Strategy Leader with over 25 years of experience developing and executing technology strategies and solutions that support company growth, including leading technology teams, roadmap creation, complex delivery plans, PMO, offshore capabilities development, large-scale change, technology and business consulting with a focus on enterprise, business unit, and executive team advisement. He has deep vertical expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer and Industrial Products.
Jon Sandruck is a Design Director for USAA, where he leads the design team for Auto Ownership. He leads his team to create experiences that are usable, desirable, and feasible; using human-centered design and design thinking, and usability research. He's applied these methods to attract users, increase efficiency, and improve user satisfaction; providing incremental value of billions of dollars.
He is also the President of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter
of AIGA, the professional association for design.
Chris Barlow is Vice President of Mobile Banking for
Webster Bank in Connecticut. With over 20 years of creating mobile and digital
experiences, he has worked for Financial Services companies such as USAA,
Citibank, Standard & Poor’s and American Express. Chris ran track and
studied Organizational Behavior at Stanford University. Outside of work Chris
is many things, DJ and international music enthusiast, science fiction geek,

Elliott Goldenberg leads the Product Specialist team in the
North America region at Mastercard. He has more than 18 years of experience in
retail, digital and payments. Before joining the North American region he led
the Digital Payments team for Mastercard in the UK and prior to that he led the
Digital Offers sales team at Barclaycard, launching its Bespoke Offers
platform. Elliott has a passion for embracing technology to create great
customer experience in scalable, repeatable ways – integrating all aspects of
Mastercard’s technology to ensure integrity, safety and security.
Daniel Sanford is a digital strategist and innovation
accelerator at Wells Fargo. Daniel is responsible for identifying, evaluating
and advancing transformational digital concepts and partnerships. In this role,
Daniel collaborates with executives across Wells Fargo, top tier universities
and many other groups within the entrepreneurship and startup communities to
turn disruptive ideas into strategic opportunities through equity investments,
partnership exploration, and test and learn activities. Prior to joining Wells
Fargo, Daniel was a management consultant, at KPMG and North Highland,
providing strategic, product and operational consulting services to many Top 20
Global Financial Institutions. Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from North
Carolina State University and currently lives in Charlotte, NC where he is an
active leader in his local community and enjoys early morning workouts as a
member of F3.

Kyle Higgins is a seasoned
professional providing strategy and transformation leadership throughout the
consumer lending value chain through innovative uses of technology and
organizational design. Kyle’s focus is on empowering change agents in
financial institutions with the tools and flexibility to concentrate on making
their members’ experiences life-changing and tied to real world needs and events.
Manuel Roggero is the Director
of Design and Partnership Innovation for the Solution Acceleration and
Innovation (SA&I) team, also known as "The Orlando Lab" at the
Royal Bank of Canada. With labs in Toronto, San Francisco and Orlando, RBC is
partnering with a diverse set of players, including startups and academia, to
access and drive emerging trends. The SA&I team is responsible for
delivering solutions that bring technological innovation in banking to life,
from the initial idea all the way to client-facing implementation. RBC can
credit innovations such as: e-transfers through Siri and a customer rewards
system on Blockchain to the team's strategy and execution.
Manuel loves to work at the
intersection between business, technology and design which has fueled a career
of diverse work experiences within different industries such as Financial
Services, Telecom, and Consumer Goods. For the past 8 years he has held roles
in innovation units at corporations helping them in their digital
transformation journeys. He has also mentored several start-ups in the FinTech
space. As a former Chairman of Peru’s Banking Association he partnered with
Ericsson to develop project BiM, an interoperable payments network between 24
financial institutions, adopted by Facebook as the main P2P payment rail
through its Messenger App. The project was recognized and supported by the Bill
& Melinda Gates Foundation. Additionally, he has worked side-by-side
with key professors at Cornell University and Harvard School of Engineering
supporting mobile ocean observing networks and new light sensor hardware
designs to help solve world sustainability issues.
Born in Peru, Manuel has lived
in Brazil, New York, The Netherlands and Toronto and now has a home base in
Orlando. He has a Master of Science in Management of Technology from NYU Tandon
School of Engineering and has also completed the Design Thinking Bootcamp at
IDEO. He is happily married, and has 2 sons.
Matt Vanhouten
leads Visa Direct Platform Strategy and Innovation at Visa, a global payments
technology company that connects consumers, businesses, financial institutions
and governments in more than 200 countries and territories, enabling them to
use digital currency instead of cash and checks. Visa Direct is Visa’s
push payments solution to support real time P2P payments and disbursements.
Visa believes the global opportunity for real time push payments is $80
trillion in annual payments volume – with an excess of 85% of this fulfilled
through checks, cash or other slow forms of payment. Financial
institutions, payments providers and technology companies are leveraging Visa
Direct to transform the way money is moved by consumers and businesses.
Prior to Visa, Matt led product development for payments and fintech
platforms at Wells Fargo, Sipree and J.P. Morgan
Greg
currently serves as Executive Vice President of Vylla.com. In this role,
he is responsible for leading the team’s strategy, technology, marketing, and
operations. The team is currently building a next-generation, fully
integrated digital mortgage and real estate technology platform. Since
launching in mid-2016, the platform has achieved over $450M in volume and has
successfully streamlined mortgage, real estate, and title transactions into a
simple, unified consumer experience.
Previously,
Greg was a Portfolio Manager for RNT Capital Management, where he was
responsible for evaluating and directing distressed real estate investments for
the $350M fund. Before joining Carrington, Greg worked in the Leveraged
Finance Investment Banking Group for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. There, he
participated in structuring and originating over $5B of high yield bonds and
leveraged loans for recapitalizations, new issues, and leveraged buyouts in a
variety of industries.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel
Administration with a concentration in finance and real estate as well as an
MBA and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern
California. He is an active advisor in several real estate and financial
technology startups. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, running,
skiing, traveling, and spending time with his family in beautiful Southern
California
Dr. Yan Solihin leads the Cybersecurity & Privacy Cluster (10+ faculty members) and directing a diverse research portfolio in cybersecurity and privacy. He also leads the ARPERS Research Group in UCF and NCSU, and his research interests include computer architecture and systems for secure and private computation in the cloud and IoT.
Achievements: As Professor at NCSU and UCF, I supervised and graduated 14 PhDs, 7 Master’s of Science students, and three visiting professors/scholars. Received more than $4 million in research grants from National Science Foundation, Intel, Samsung, IBM, Tekelec, and HP. Papers from my research group ARPERS have received 5,000+ citations, one of them received MICRO Best Paper Runner-Up Award, and three others were Finalist for Best Paper Award. Several of my research innovations have influenced commercial processors, e.g. cache partitioning and quality of service (now in Intel Xeon), DRAM cache (now in Intel Haswell), three different secure execution environment features (now in Intel SGX and AMD Memory Encryption), and TheMachine project at HP Enterprise

His achievements include the development and successful deployment of mobile banking solutions for 9 of the top 12 U.S. banks and the creation of award winning mission critical systems for more than half of the Fortune 500.
Under the Clinton Administration, Joe was honored to be invited to serve as a founding member of the Council for Excellence in Government and be subsequently benchmarked as a leader by the inter-governmental technology leadership consortium.

Trevor has over 15 years experience building technology

Janice served as an advisor at the MaRS Discovery District helping early stage tech companies commercialize, she is a board director for the SheEO and served as a judge for the Cannes Advertising Lions.
As
Chief Executive Officer of OpenLegacy, Romi provides strategic direction and
oversees OpenLegacy’s day-to-day execution. Romi has proven experience in all
aspects of information-technology business leadership. He has a uniquely deep
understanding of how to lead in this market, gleaned from fifteen years at
IBM’s global headquarters where he became intimately familiar with how one of
the top corporations behind legacy systems operates. At IBM, Romi played a wide
range of leadership roles, including Senior Investment Analyst, managing a
Country Pricing Group; and Principal Market Development Consultant, where he
contributed to the development and growth of new markets in North America and
Europe and launched the first industry storage software virtualization family.
Romi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and a Master of
Business Administration degree, both from Tel Aviv University.
Bruce Lowthers serves as chief operating officer of the
Integrated Financial Solutions (IFS) organization. In this role, Lowthers is
responsible for developing and delivering FIS’ banking, wealth, payments and
treasury offerings for financial institutions, retail, government and corporate
clients in North America.
Previously, Lowthers served FIS in a number of executive
positions, including head of the company’s Payments business, head of Product
Sales and Global Sales Operations and general manager of the Global Payments
Software business. Prior to joining FIS, Lowthers held the position of senior
vice president of Community Markets for eFunds, where he was responsible for
the P&L for all payment and risk products for that market. He also held
executive officer positions at four startup companies.
Lowthers serves on the board of P20, the new transatlantic
payment experience. He also serves on the American Transaction Processors
Coalition. Lowthers was named 2017 “Maverick of the Year” by The American
Business Awards and International Business Awards and “World’s Most Influential
Payments Professional” by the World Payments Congress.
Lowthers holds a bachelor’s degree in business

Jonathan Taylor has been innovating in technology for some

Doug is our senior vice president for
sales, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining D3 Banking, Parr
was chief revenue officer of Prairie Cloudware, where he managed a wide range
of departments including sales, corporate development, and marketing. Parr also
served as senior vice president at Entersekt and was senior vice president and
general manager for the Americas Payments Division of S1 Corporation, where he
doubled revenue in three years. Additionally, Parr spent 18 years with ACI
Worldwide in a variety of senior and management positions, serving customer communities
both domestically and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Doug is a thought
leader in our industry and contributes to numerous publications as a source
expert and guest contributor.

Rich Dougherty is a Senior Client Partner and Segment Leader
for FICO Origination and Portfolio Management solutions. He has spent the last
25 years working with clients across Europe, Africa and the Americas helping
them solve challenges and drive value through the originations function. He has
performed a series of roles at FICO, including software developer, designer,
architect, project manager and strategy consultant.
Neha is the Global Head of Sales & Partnerships at
Juntos. She has extensive experience in complex sales and sales management. Her
prior experience within financial services spans Investment Banking, Private
Equity and Asset Management. Neha has experience working in Unites States,
India, Singapore and France. She has a Masters in Mathematics from Cambridge

including the initial development of both DealerTrack and LendingTree. Prior to
joining FICO, Tom spent 17 years at Zoot Enterprises, where he led product and
business development.
John Candido is Director of Data Science at ZestFinance. Since joining the company as a data scientist himself in 2012, John has worked on all of the startup’s major underwriting machine learning models and partnerships, most notably working with companies like JD.com, Baidu and Ford Motor Credit in addition to many other domestic and international banks and lenders. John has also played a major role in creating the framework for the companies ZAML (Zest Automated Machine Learning) platform, which leverages the techniques and methodologies behind the companies experience in applying machine learning to the credit space, addressing model explainability concerns for business owners and regulatory considerations. Outside of ZestFinance, John has achieved the level of Competitions Master from the Google owned company Kaggle, for his stellar and consistent performance in real world machine learning competitions. He has also reached the rank of one of the top 100 data scientists in the world for his performances with Kaggle. John has an education in both finance and psychology research, holding a Bachelors degree from Hofstra University and a Masters Degree in Psychology from Chapman University.
