As Internal Experience Manager at Suncoast Credit Union, Edwin Gonzalez is responsible for managing a team of employees whose sole responsibility is to provide support and knowledge to our front line. The team, aptly called Elevate, leverages technology and artificial intelligence to guide staff through complex transactions and, when needed, communicate with the front line through a live chat experience. Edwin brings over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry to his role, including past experience in branch operations, leadership, facilitation, and curriculum design. Edwin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing an MBA. He resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he enjoys spending time volunteering in the community, working on home projects, and spending time with his dogs.
