Mallika Daswani

Mallika Daswani is responsible for Open Banking strategy and execution for TD's U.S Commercial Bank. In her role, Mallika leads innovation and is exploring driving new revenue growth via an Open finance model. Mallika also serves as VP of Technology on the board of Ascend Philadelphia, a Pan-Asian non-profit organization for Business Professionals in North America.

Mallika joined TD Bank's Consumer Banking division in 2016 as VP of U.S Online Banking where she successfully led the evolution and rollout of the next generation Digital Banking Platform and established the foundation for TD Bank's U.S consumer open banking strategy. In 2021, Mallika transitioned to the Commercial Bank owning similar responsibilities for the rollout of a Commercial Digital Platform and establishing an Open Banking model for the U.S Commercial Bank. In 2019, Mallika was awarded the "TD CEO Leadership Award" for exceptional performance and her thought leadership on Open Banking was recognized in the September 2020 issue of Banking CIO Outlook Magazine.

Prior to TD, Mallika led large scale Digital Transformation initiatives at JP Morgan Chase, IBM Global Business Services and Oracle Consulting where she held progressive roles in digital product development, digital strategy, management consulting and technology delivery. Mallika obtained her MBA from Columbia Business School and her bachelor's degree from Drexel University.

Mallika also holds a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor License from Flight Safety International.
