Purvi Shah is
Vice President, Customer 360 within the Enterprise Digital and Analytics group
at American Express. She is responsible for creating a global, enterprise-wide
view of all of American Express’ customers – both individuals and business so
that we may provide them with the best customer experience every day.
American Express in 2010 and has had multiple Product Ownership roles across
Technologies, Merchant and Small Business teams where she demonstrates a focus
on efficient project execution, manages costs while mitigating risk, and helps
the team deliver an exceptional customer experience. She has a penchant
for identifying customer needs and developing a cohesive strategy to meet them,
which has resulted in her earning a U.S. Patent for her work.
American Express, Purvi was a Manager within the Technology practice at
Deloitte Consulting. She led the implementation of numerous large-scale custom
applications for various clients. In addition to project management and
client service activities, she was instrumental in leading and contributing to
a number of key strategic business development activities at Deloitte.
an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in
Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
In her free time, Purvi enjoys to play with her
3.5 year old twins and cooking. She also loves venturing across the globe
and has traveled to over 20 countries.
